Journey south of the border with ¡Las Voces de México! Maestro Urs Leonhardt Steiner and the Golden Gate Symphony Orchestra & Chorus (GGSOC) present a musical adventure featuring favorites like Copland’s “El Salón México,” Moncayo’s “Huapango,” and the world premiere of “Indigenous Symphony” by Oaxacan composer, Carlos Pazos. Top it off with danzones from SF’s own Anthony Blea Afro Cuban Sextet, and a Mariachi Sing Along, and you have a perfect Sunday afternoon adventure with the GGSOC!
